We want you to be completely happy and satisfied with the artwork. We are so confident with our Artists' magical talents, that we offer a Full Refund of your deposit.

How it Works.
Once portrait is completed, you will be sent a photograph of the artwork via email for approval. You can suggest changes to it. However even after making changes instructed by you, you are not satisfied with the portrait, we will get a new one made from another artist. You can suggest changes to the new one also after completion. If even then you are dissatisfied, we will refund your deposit.

2. Is my payment and credit card no. safe?

 Paypal is the world's largest credit card processor with 80 million user accounts worldwide.Your card no. will be protected by the 128 bit state of art encryption technology(Scrambling of data, so it cannot be read) which is the latest and most secure. We cannot see your card number, you pay directly at our account maitained at PayPal.

3. How can I send my photo?

• If you have the picture in your computer or a digital camera, you can attatch it with an email and send us at info@livelyportraits.com
• If you have the picture in print form, you can scan the picture and email at  info@livelyportraits.com We will quickly respond and give you the utmost personal attention you deserve.
• You can also send your picture via post.

4.What type of photo should I send?

• Photos should be clear and sharp.
• Digital photographs should be of resolution 150 or higher.
• We do not make portraits for Photos containing Nudity/Pornography.

6.What are the possible modes of payment?

Payments can be made using Master, Visa, American Express, Discover cards or using paypal account.

7. Are there any hidden charges?

There are no hidden charges at all. Packaging, Handling are included in the shipping charges. Card processing and all other services are free. To see frames click here.

8.How much time does the completion take?
Pencil portraits, Colored Pencil Portraits and Charcoal portraits take 3 weeks for completion. Pastel Portraits take 4, while Oil Portraits take 6 weeks. However, if they get completed earlier, you will be instantly informed. During the whole process, you will be kept constantly updated of the progress.

If you need the portrait urgently for some occassion, do inform us and we will try to get it made as quickly as possible(Depending on the current work load).

9.How much times does shipping take?

All unframed portraits are shipped through DHL and take 3-5 days worldwide. Framed portraits are sent via Fedex in USA and Canada and take 3-6 days. Outside U.S and Canada, framed portraits are sent via USPS and can take few weeks. All shipments are trackable online

10.If the portrait gets lost in shipping?
      On confirmation from the courier company that the portrait was lost and could not be delivered, whatever you select of the following two options is carried out.
